How this portfolio works

How we publish imagery: people, readable plates and private residences are blurred · client work appears only with the client’s written consent · curated, not everything we fly. To ask for an image to be removed, e-mail sales@mwairlift.com.

Property & HOA

Stormwater outfall — RCP pipe with riprap apron discharging to permitted pond; sits alongside the annual professional NCDEQ inspection
Amenity center and pool deck — roof, shade, deck and fencing in one frame
Pavilion from directly overhead — roof, walkway and beds for the reserve file

Individual homes are not included. An association is responsible for common area — the residences belong to their owners, and a record of conditions on private property is not something a board can act on.

Construction & Sitework

The pre-cover frames are the point. Geogrid, base and drainage structures stop being evidenceable the moment the next lift is placed. A dated overhead frame is the only record that survives.

Roof & Building Documentation

Plan view — the full roof in one frame
Detail pass — vents, mounts, a prior repair, as found
Nadir survey — every plane and penetration, dated
Close pass — granule and flashing detail, no ladder
Steep-slope angles a ladder can't reach safely

Land & Site Intelligence

Plan view — the working parcel, flown for comparison
Graded entrance — surface and water after weather
Retention and berm — state on the date of flight
Erosion control as installed — fence, pipe, rip-rap

Cold-Chain Monitoring

Live dashboard — our own training fridge under deliberate stress-testing: the system catching, timing and classifying every event

Sensors report every 20 minutes. Daily min/max on the clinic day (America/New York), matching paper VFC practice; every reading hashed on arrival; reports signed and independently verifiable at mwairlift.com/verify.
